Hon Richard Yates
Milton Kimball Esqr of Lewistown, Fulton County, desires to be appointed assistant quarter Master in the Regiment which is to rendezvous at Peoria.
Mr. Kimball is a young gentleman of very fine talents and attainments, as devoted a patriot as lives, and as upright, honorable and honest a man as can be found, and I am sure no better appointment can be made.
He has volunteered in the service, and is now a member of a Fulton County Company.
