Honerable Sir

You will please pardon me for persenally addressing you but it is in regard to a subject of which I am not able to judge my self I wish to be informed as to whether a man that is in the United States service and has reenlisted as a veteran Volunteer would be allowed the privilege of recuiting a company for this new call of 20,000 to serve for 100 days and if he could be detached from his own Regt for the purpose if convenient please inform me immedeately and oblige
