A "Miss Morrison" and several soldiers in Ward F. at Fort Myer in Arlington County, Virginia during the Spanish-American War. The soldiers' last names on verso read: Massingill, Bossert, Carpenter, Jones, Austin, Gravenhorst, Lyle, Valiquette, and Reeder. Fort Myer, originally Fort Whipple, named after Brevet Major General Amiel Weeks Whipple, was established during the American Civil War.
