Dear Gov.

Mrs. Henshaw, called on me this morn. with a desire to to have me write you in relation to her husband who has been on trial before Ct Marl for alledged offenses. She is very anxious for your honorable interference for her husband What if anything can be done. I suppose he is found guilty; I certainly want justice done him but I want him fairly dealt with. Have you any information from him

If you can do anything for him jusly I should be glad of it.
