as I am in a poor state of helth and am not in my owne State where my desires are I will send you these few lines. So if you will please then and send to me a Special Transfer

Because I would like to get transfered to Springfiel Illinois for I am not fit for duty now and dont know when I will be for I have the Chrimo Ulcer on my right leg and cant hardely walk on it and allso the Hart

diseace and Chronic Diarhoea and there fore I would like to get nearer home if posible So if you will please I should like it very much to get a trensfer ordered by you for I believe it would do me good to get to Springfel near my home
