I tak the Liberty to ask a feaver of your Honor. I am a Soldier in the 65th Ill. V. I. I am sick in the Hospital for the last 10 months, sending from one Hospital to the other. At last the send me to camp Dennison Hospital of Ohio, I made application for to be sent to my on State, Chicago Ill, for the last 2 month, but the will not send me, I did not see my fammilie for over 2 years, and would like to get special transfer from Camp Dennison to Camp Douglas because I will not be able for 2 or 3 months, for Field Service and oblige your obedience Servant, Charles. F. Smith Co. H. 65 Ill, Regiment. In Hospital, Division 8 Ward 40.
