Should any of the Artillery companies from our State need James Rifled cannon, 6 pounders, and equipment including Carriages, Caissons, Shells &c, I can supply them. {In the event they should need them please have the officers make requisition and send Special}

Also I have of some Rifled muskets which have been sent out for the blank companies Illinois Regiments which not yet supplied with good arms. How good they are I do not know, represented to be good.
