            Description
A padlock representing political deadlock secures a safe labeled "The Senatorship" at the base of the Illinois capitol building. A lit fuse burns towards the padlock sitting on a pile of gunpowder containing sticks of dynamite representing different viewpoints on the Senatorial election.
