Dear Dick

After my compliments permit me to enquire if there is any probability of your being absent from the Capitol during the next two weeks I am Home at present recovering from a protracted Fever My Leave of Absence will expire in that time I am too weak to come now and I am anxious to see you before I return and will have to defer it until towards the latter Part of my Furlough Hoping to year from you soon I remain
