James A. Richeson and Mentor Grayham whose names appear as subscribeing witnesses to the last will and testament of Hanny Hamby here exhibited and hereto annexed and being duly sworn on their oaths severally depose and say that they saw Hanny Hembeys name written to the annexed paper at her own instance and request and that she said it was her will - the deponents also say that they both witnessed the same in her presence and knowledge - further they say that they verily believe that the said Hanny Hembey was at the time of the making and executing the said will of sound mind and memory.
