It is with the greatest pleasure that I recommend to your Excellency for permission to go before the State Med'cl board of examiners Dr. J. R. Elstun for examination. He has been My Contract Asst. for nearly three months, and I find him a very estimable young man, and well qualified to do justice to our suffering soldiers, who may need Medic'l Assistance.
