His son was a paroled prisoner, when he was induced by some friends, to go home for a few days and while at home was seriously injured by being thrown from a waggon. I am of the opinion that under the circumstances he is worthy of the exception to </p> <hr /> <p>the general rule. </p><p>The patriotic record of the family, and their present distressed condition on account of their son, should have some bearing on the case.
