Frances Folsom Cleveland Preston, daughter of lawyer Oscar Folsom, and wife of Grover Cleveland, the 22nd and 24th President of the United States. When they were married in 1886 at the White House, Frances was only 21 years old. To this day, she remains the nation's youngest First Lady.
