Mefsrs Williams & Dedman you are

hereby notifyed to apear [before?] James B.

Lincoln Esq and sweare to the cow &

calf that you have in your pofsesion

that I claim as my property or

prove the same to be yours and if you

will do so I will relinquish all

my claim to the same attest on the

day and date above written yours &c
